How soon can my coverage start?

Coverage starts once payment is received and the requested start date has been approved.


How can I pay?

We accept Mastercard, Visa or Discover.


Can I insure inventory other than what I finance through TCFIF?

As long as it is financed inventory, and you are a current client of TCFIF and Red Iron.


Can I insure more than $1,900,000 of inventory?

Yes, we will contact you with additional questions to determine your coverage.

Where is coverage available?

We cover the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.


Can I insure my building and liability coverages in the program?

No, however, Alera Group can insure other coverages outside of the Dealer Inventory program.

What will I be paid in the event of a Claim?

You will be paid the replacement cost of the equipment.


What is my deductible?

Flood - $5000

All Flood Zone A - Not Covered

All Flood Zone V - Not Covered

Earthquake - $1000

Other Covered Property Claims - $1000

Named Windstorm - 3%, minimum $1500


How do I report a Claim?

Claims are to be reported to Allianz at 800-558-1606.

Can a Dealer cover other lines of equipment financed elsewhere?

Yes, as long as they are a current Client of TCFIF or Red Iron.

What if my exact coverage amount isn't listed on the price matrix?
You should round up to the closest amount.


What if I don't see a description that fits the inventory I finance?

Will the program cover used equipment if it's the same as the equipment financed by TCFIF?

No, to qualify it must be floor planned.

Are my demo's covered? Are they covered if they're offsite?

Yes as long as they are floor planned.


Can I call or email Gary to renew coverage? 

Renewal limits under $1.9MM are completed online through the Dealer inventory form.  To renew limits over $1.9M, call Gary. All Boat and RV renewals are handled by Gary.
