How soon can my coverage start?

Coverage starts once payment is received and the requested start date has been approved.

 

How can I pay?

We accept Mastercard, Visa or Discover.

Can I insure eligible inventory other than what I finance through Huntington Distribution Finance Inc. (Huntington)?

Yes, as long as it is eligible and financed inventory, and you are a current client of Huntington or Red Iron.

 

Can I insure more than $1,999,999 of inventory?

Yes. Please complete the application indicating your coverage amount, and we will contact you with additional questions to determine your coverage.

Where is coverage available?

We cover the United States.

Can I insure my building and liability coverages in the program?

No, however, Alera Group can insure other coverages outside of the Dealer Inventory program. Contact Gary Kirshenbaum to learn more at gary.kirshenbaum@aleragroup.com or 312-576-2611.

What will I be paid in the event of a claim?

You will be paid the replacement cost of the equipment.

 

What is my deductible?

All Flood Zone A, AE, AO, AH, A1-A30, A99-Not Covered

Flood Zone V, V1-V30– Not Covered

Earthquake-$2,500

Other Covered Property Claims-$2,500

Named Windstorm-5%, $25,000

Theft (Sports Dealer) - $10,000 

Theft (Non-Sports Dealer) - $2,500

 

How do I report a claim?

Claims are to be reported to Allianz at 800.558.1606.

Can a Dealer cover other lines of equipment financed elsewhere?

Yes, as long as they are a current client of Huntington or Red Iron.

What if my exact coverage amount isn't listed on the price matrix?
You should round up to the closest amount.

What if I don't see a description that fits the inventory I finance?

Will the program cover used equipment if it's the same as the equipment financed by Huntington?

No, to qualify it must be floor planned.

Are my demo's covered? Are they covered if they're offsite?

Yes, as long as they are floor planned.

Can I call or email Gary to renew coverage? 

Renewal limits under $1,999,999 are completed online through the Dealer Inventory form found on the homepage. To renew limits over $1,999,999 call Gary Kirshenbaum, 312.576.2611. All Boat and RV renewals are handled by Gary.
